Sabina has gained extensive experience in the tax law sector with law firms belonging to the networks of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte (1999-2006) and later collaborating with a well-known boutique firm in Milan (2007-2010). Since July 2010, she has collaborated with B.S.V.A. Studio Legale Associato.
Sabina completed a master in Tax Law – directed by Prof. Raffaello Lupi, Prof. Francesco Crovato and Dr. Lorenzo Barbone at Studio Andersen Legal and the course EMEIA Tax School 1 (International Tax Law – Permanent Establishment & Subsidiaries; OECD Model Tax Convention; Withholding Taxes; Introduction to VAT) at Research Center – Andersen Legal Network of Eindovheen (The Netherlands).
Specialized in tax litigation, she has handled claims, appeals, requests for revocation and reinstatement requests with the Tax Commissions and claims of opposition against foreclosures and other enforcement measures with the Ordinary Court. Sabina offers assistance during audits by the Revenues Agency and in the assessment of mitigation instruments in the context of tax proceedings. Sabina also provides general consultancy on tax matters and legal assistance as part of a team on criminal-tax matters.
She earned her law degree from the Catholic University of Milan and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since January 2006.
Sabina has been admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation Bar since 2018.
Sabina is fluent in English.
