Francesco Senaldi, practicing attorney since 1991 and admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2003, is a founding partner and the managing partner of BSVA.
Francesco’s practice focuses principally on civil litigation, commercial, tax and bankruptcy matters in which areas he has extensive experience, with particular expertise in litigation. In these areas, he represents corporate clients, as well as individuals and public institutions.
In the past, he was an advisor to the undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, has served in judicial roles under a mandate granted by the Superior Council of the Judiciary and is enrolled in the list of accredited attorneys at the British Consulate General of Milan.

Alessandro, a founding parter of BSVA, advises corporate clients and individuals in the following areas: contracts, M&A, innovative start-ups, management of financial crises, with particular reference to restructurings and compositions with creditors, commercial and corporate litigation, national and international arbitration. He also advises primary Milan-based law firms in connection with in-court and out-of-court litigation matters.
Alessandro’s clients main business sectors are logistics, road and rail transport, real estate, franchising in fashion and restaurant sectors, energy and alternative energy sources.
He has authored articles on antitrust and e-commerce and has collaborated, as expert advisor, with the Il Sole 24 Ore group.
After earning his high school diploma at the Alessandro Manzoni Classical High School of Milan, he earned his law degree with honors from the University of Parma in 1991. He has been a practicing attorney since 1996, and has been admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation Bar since 2010.

Claudia is a lawyer at BSVA, she carries out her activity mainly in the administrative law sector with particular reference to the Public Procurement (contracts for works, supplies and services stipulated by Public Administrations).
Claudia has over ten years of work experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, where she assists important companies with the delicate relationship between Public Administrators, starting from the preliminary publication of tender notices, until the final execution of the contract. The main activity is aimed at managing the public / private dialogue by managing regulatory, administrative and regulatory compliance issues.
Claudia is also involved in specialist training in the practice of public contracts both for the competing companies and for the Public Administration contract issuers.
She has held the position as Independent Director in a public limited company which is listed on the MTA, the Italian Stock Market as well as being Chairman of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties and the Internal Risks Control Committee.
She is also a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Claudia graduated in 2004 from the University of Naples “Federico II” and has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2009.

Luca Franceschet has been a practicing attorney since 1997 and has been admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2010. He has been a partner of BSVA since 2007.
He advises and represents in legal proceedings companies and public entities in the areas of public corporate law, anti-corruption, public services, procurement/tender procedures, urban planning-construction, public employment contracts, environmental and waste management, public water, accounting and administrative liability.
In addition to his expertise in public law matters, he has extensive experience in corporate organization, employment law and health and safety in the workplace.
He advises clients on the penal liability of entities and the application of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, assisting in the preparation of Organizational and Management Models, verifications for updating purposes and risk assessments.
He serves as member of a number of assessment bodies and supervisory bodies at both listed and non-listed companies.
He gives presentations at training courses aimed at updating executives and operators of local government entities on regulatory matters and on corporate compliance and the application of Legislative Decree No. 231/01.

Marco Lantelme is an italian lawyer admitted to the Court of Cassation. He is also an English qualified non-practicing solicitor. Partner of BSVA Studio Legale Associato, heads the banking & finance department of the Firm. His practice focuses mainly on banking, finance, restructuring, financial regulations, capital markets, securities, structured finance and securitisation, corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, insurance law, bankruptcy and litigation.
He has handled transactions for an aggregate value in excess of €75 billion, often drafting all related documents. He has been working in these areas of practice for over twenty-five years. He assists and has assisted leading Italian and international banking groups, industrial companies and groups in tens of financial, banking, corporate and restructuring deals.
He assists clients in managing relations with regulatory authorities, such as, the Bank of Italy, Consob (the Italian securities and exchange commission), IVASS (the Italian insurance supervisory authority), the Italian Stock Exchange-Borsa Italiana, the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance, the Italian Minister of Economic Development and the ECB.

Paolo focuses on M&A and other extraordinary financial transactions, corporate and commercial law, real estate and commercial agreements.
In the corporate and commercial field, he assists clients (both industrial and multinational companies) in all phases of their lifecycle with regard to: extraordinary transactions, corporate issues, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, management of issues related to compliance, governance, privacy, etc.
In the real estate field, he has accrued a relevant experience in the acquisition, management, development and trading of relevant real estate portfolios (such as commercial, industrial, residential, hotels and hospital assets).
Paolo has worked for several years as Assistant Professor in the Corporate Law Department of the Faculty of Law of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
Before joining BSVA, Paolo worked at Bonelli Erede and was Head of the Real Estate Investment Department and Co-Head of the Corporate and Civil Law Department at Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners.
He has also worked as foreign associate for the Dutch Firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in 2009.

Alessandra Pandarese is a partner at BSVA Studio Legale Associato. Her career progression developed abroad and at the family law firm, where she was partner until 2009. Prior to BSVA Studio Legale Associato, she was partner at Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato in Milan.
Alessandra is known for her in-depth knowledge in sport law and sport events management. She has gained extensive experience in the organization and implementation of international sporting events over a period of almost thirty years, (she has been General Counsel of teams and organizing bodies for the America’s Cup and other various events since 1989. She is currently General Counsel within the organizing body for the America’s Cup 2021) Her experience includes the management of institutional issues (relationship with event organizers, procedural, regulatory and disciplinary issues), as well as legal and commercial issues (contracts for athletes and teams, sponsorship and merchandising contracts, television and new media rights, licenses and trademark protection, sports regulations and related litigation).
Alessandra also assists national and international companies, in the field of commercial law and contracts, and assists insurance companies in the sector of the surety policies. She has worked extensively abroad (USA, New Zealand, Spain, Belgium, France and the United Arab Emirates), where she has honed her knowledge in the area of European Law, International Private Law and International Contracts.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1991 and is authorised to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2005.
She is a member of the Collegio di Garanzia C.O.N.I. and is a guest speaker at conferences on sport law.

Rita advises individuals, enterprises and companies in various areas of penal law, supporting her clients, who are both defendants and victims, including by conducting investigations to ensure an accurate and thorough analysis of the facts.
Rita has gained extensive experience in the most common criminal offenses – criminal offenses against assets, individuals, the family and the public administration, including in matters concerning criminal tax offenses, corporate and bankruptcy offenses, offenses involving accidents and health and safety in the workplace, administative liability of legal entities and military criminal offenses.
Graduated from University of Salerno, Rita has been a member of the Bar since 2001. Since 2004, she has been a public defender registered with the Court of Milan and since 2008 she has also been qualified as a public defender in penal matters with the Juvenile Court.
Rita has been admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation Bar.
Sabina has gained extensive experience in the field of tax law in law firms belonging to the network of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte (1999-2006) and later collaborating with a well-known boutique firm in Milan (2007-2010). Since July 2010, she has collaborated with BSVA Studio Legale Associato.
Sabina attended a master in Tax Law – directed by Prof. Raffaello Lupi, Prof. Francesco Crovato and Dr. Lorenzo Barbone at Studio Andersen Legal and the course EMEIA Tax School 1 (International Tax Law – Permanent Establishment & Subsidiaries; OECD Model Tax Convention; Withholding Taxes; Introduction to VAT) at Research Center – Andersen Legal Network of Eindovheen (The Netherland).
Specialized in tax litigation, she has handled claims, appeals, requests for revocation and reinstatement requests before the Tax Commissions and claims of opposition against foreclosures and other enforcement measures before the Ordinary Court. Sabina offers assistance during audits by the Revenues Agency and in the assessment of mitigation instruments in the context of tax proceedings. Sabina also provides general consultancy on tax matters and legal assistance as part of a team on criminal-tax matters.
