Sebastiano Silvestri deals mainly with civil and commercial law and commercial agreements and, more generally, legal consultancy services.
He has assisted Italian and international companies in the carrying out of ordinary operation – such as dealing with awards, IP, leases and commercial agreements – and extraordinary operations, developing a particular expertise in the field of Real Estate and M&A.
He graduated in law at Bocconi University of Milan – major in corporate and competition law, financial markets – in July 2016, with a final dissertation in international arbitration entitled “The Award by Consent”, supervised by the Secretary General of Milan Chamber of Arbitration, Professor Stefano Azzali.
