Daniela Stelé is enrolled at Milan’s Bar Association and Paris’ Bar Association.

She started her career in France and then pursued it at primary international law firms’ offices in Italy, first as an associate, then as a partner. Over the last decade, before joining BSVA, she managed an independent law-firm and mainly assisted foreign and multinational companies.

She assists domestic and international clients in acquisitions, dismissals, and merger transactions in various fields, including financial services, and in real estate deals.

She gained significant experience in cross-border transactions and contracts, commercial distribution, mostly in the fields of Fashion, Information Technology and Food.

She speaks Italian, French, English.
