Marco supports the Firm’s professionals in M&A transactions, and he is involved in the day-by-day assistance to clients for what concerns contracts and corporate law.

He graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in corporate law. He was also part of the exchange network program, which took him to study at the University of A Coruña for 9 months.

On his earlier occupation Marco joined a Milan-based law firm, where he dealt mainly with private equity transactions and corporate law.

Marco speaks and writes fluently in English and Spanish.
