Matteo Carrara is a partner of BSVA, specialized in corporate, fiscal and financial statement matters, with a particular focus on extraordinary corporate transactions, management consulting and management control.

He earned his degree in Business Economics from the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza and is enrolled in the Italian Register of Accountants and Tax Advisers of Monza and Brianza, as well as in the Italian Auditors Association.

He serves as statutory auditor at national and international companies.

He is a lecturer at the School of Economics and Management of LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza.

Matteo is fluent in English and French.
