Monica collaborates with BSVA as Of Counsel.

Monica deals with contracting, especially in the international arena, both with reference to business and operations of companies (inter alia commercial distribution, transportation, services, intellectual property sectors) and to extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, due diligence).

She has a significant experience in anti-money laundering prevention regulations and has participated in national and international consultation processes, among others. She is a consultant and member of the AML Research Group of Assirevi (Italian Association of Auditors) and a member of the AML Working Group of ASLA (Association of Associated Legal Studies.

Monica is an Adjunct Professor at UNIPV, Department of Economics and Business Sciences; earlier she lectured at the International Business Law course (A.A. 2009 to 2021), and, currently, at the Sustainable Development Law course (A.A. 2022/2025), both in master’s degree programs.

She has been a speaker at conferences and seminars, particularly on AML, M&A and IP, and has published articles in the aforementioned subjects.

Monica speaks and writes in English. She is proficient in French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
