Virginia joined our Firm in 2024, where she deals with family and personal law focusing on contemporary family dynamics and the protection of rights in relationship breakdowns and parenting, including in an international context.

She assists private individuals in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, gaining experience on issues relating to child custody, separation and divorce, guardianship, civil unions and cohabitation, as well as emerging issues related to new family forms.

Virginia also provides legal assistance relevant to inheritance matters, wills, donations, estate planning, the establishment and management of family trusts, including in cross-border contexts.

Virginia graduated in law from the University of Milan in 2020 and completed her legal training at a Milan law firm specialising in family law.

She is admitted to the Milan Bar since 2024 and was awarded a scholarship by the Court of Milan.

Virginia speaks and writes English.
