Claudia is a lawyer of BSVA and carries out her activity mainly in the field of administrative law with particular reference to the subject of public tenders, supplies and services.

She has over ten years of experience in the health care and life sciences sectors where Claudia assists various economic operators by assisting them in the delicate relationship with the Public Administrations starting from the preliminary phases to the publication of calls for tenders up to the execution of the related contracts.

Her activity therefore addresses the management of the public / private dialogue by managing problems of a regulatory, administrative nature as well as regulatory compliance in general.
She also assists companies and entities in the preparation and implementation of organization and management models aimed at preventing crimes involving administrative liability for crimes pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Claudia is also involved in specialized training in the field of public contracts as well as in the field of compliance 231 and anti-corruption pursuant to Law 190/2012.

You held the position of Independent Director in a joint-stock company listed on the MTA of Borsa Italiana as well as Chairman of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties and member of the Remuneration Committee and the Internal Risk Control Committee.

Claudia graduated in 2004 from the University of Naples "Federico II" and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2009.
