Elia has been a Partner at BSVA since September 2026 practicing primarily civil law, commercial and corporate law.

Elia advises and represents both individuals and corporate entities in out-of-court matters, including arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, as well as in judicial proceedings before the courts.

He has gained substantial experience in negotiating pre-litigation settlement agreements aimed at preventing the commencement of judicial proceedings. He has also developed significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including contracts in English, and in litigation concerning constructions matters.

Elia graduated in October 2018 at the University of Insubria and was admitted to practice law in 2022.

Elia is member of the Varese Bar.
